As discussed during Dec'09 Meeting - we are starting an AGM thread, this post will change with updates, times, events, etc as things become more concrete,

This is to get the ball rolling - The Event is planned for February 6th, 2010 in Chilliwack at the Best Western (currently), with a planned start of 9am,

Breakfast will start before the meeting - Members will get Breakfast included in Members Dues, Non Members are welcome but Breakfast will be charged - currently plan for app. $16./ea

Please note 2010 dues must be paid upon arrival to the AGM, to have breakfast included and to get voting rights..

Please start to respond to this post to advise us who will be attending the event (members/non members) so that we can get a count for breakfast to make sure there is enough food...
